I trained as a medicinal chemist in France and have spent 15+ years across drug development, in preclinical drug discovery, clinical research and biotech strategy, working from early science through to clinical development and across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
My career hasn’t followed one neat lane. I’ve moved from the lab into consulting then clinical operations and strategy, working with scientists, biotech teams and industry leaders to shape development paths and move good ideas forward.
Alongside that work, I created and host Multiple Hats, where I’ve interviewed 100+ scientists, founders and leaders about their ideas, expertise and unconventional careers.
I regularly build expert biotech series, focusing on the commercialisation path of early research.
Today, those experiences come together in my work: helping people articulate what they know, helping organisations turn expertise into authority, and helping biotech teams move promising science towards the clinic.
